Align*Flow*Restore For beginners and experienced practitioners alike, this class lays groundwork for your yoga practice by building physical strength and flexibility through yoga postures. A focus on creating proper muscle memory paired with the warming movements of vinyasa creates the perfect balance conditioning the body and mind. The final portion of class is dedicated to poses that allow the body to rest and restore for a well-balanced practice.
