Vinyasa Yoga teaches basic strengthening and toning postures (asanas) put together in a sequence that flows, (vinyasa) while observing your breath. This class is great for all levels, both laying out the foundations for beginners to yoga, and strengthening or maintaining an existing practice, without the intensity of a power class.
Improve strength, focus, balance, flexibility and relaxation. Each class will provide instruction on how to link movement to breath, and focus on safe alignment to set up each pose. A series of sun salutations warm up the body, followed by sets of other poses that focus on stretching specific areas of the body, leading up to the final relaxation pose.
