Accomodations
Meals:
All meals are vegetarian, with dairy-free options. Most meals have gluten-free options. Further dietary restrictions and allergies need to be addressed with management at the time of enrollment.
We will be practicing a dietary ayurvedic cleanse days 2-5. These meals are stricter and lighter, but still offer full protein levels.
Lodging:
on-site in a variety of tent structures.
Each tent provides one single bed, night stand, and storage. No electricity/internet!
BYOT-
Hygiene:
Shared bathrooms/showers with individual stalls.
Laundry days will be assigned (once/week) to use washing machine.
Technology:
Phones and other devices can be charged in the common area. We cannot guarantee the availability of data in our area (might depend on provider). Wireless internet usage on-site is limited to 1 hour after dinner, if necessary.
We strongly encourage students of this training to engage in a technology cleanse for the duration of the immersion. We are addicted!
