YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation technique that is designed to cultivate a sense of complete rest, while still being awake. You will be led through a systematic guided practice to both quiet the mind and rest the body, moving through layers of conscious and unconscious thought, sensations, and intentions. One hour of Yoga Nidra is thought to equal 3-4 hours of sleep!
No experience necessary!
MEDITATION & PRANAYAMA

Outside of Asana (yoga postures), their are 7 more limbs of study within yoga. Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises) are two methods of practice that deepen our understanding of self, space, and stillness. We'll learn several techniques each month. Beginners welcome!
ASANA & ART

Third Thursdays, 7pm

Erica Huntzinger, yoga teacher and graduate of Art Therapy, shares her love of art, movement, space, and shape in her Asana and Art class, and is excited to share this experience with Plymouth Yoga. This class combines gentle yoga with a short meditation and reflective drawing time, for a creative release through our mental and physical bodies.
No Art or Yoga experience necessary!
